Hi, I’m Cheyenne, a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Onward PT, guiding women to navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor challenges— so you can remember just how strong you are. I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum rehab, low back pain, diastasis recti (DRA) recovery, and helping women to keep lifting, squatting, and moving the way they want, without unnecessary limits or fear.

My goal is to guide you through every stage of life so you can maintain strength, confidence, and momentum in your workouts. Proving that pregnancy and postpartum do not mean you have to put your barbell, or your goals, on hold.

When I’m not treating patients, you’ll find me spending time with my baby girl, husband, and two dogs, tackling a home project, or crushing my own CrossFit session.

Hi, I’m Dakota, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who’s all about helping active people stay active. Whether it’s hip, knee, or low back pain, or navigating pelvic floor issues that keep you from training how you want, I’m here to help you get back to feeling strong and capable again.

With a background in CrossFit and USA Weightlifting, I know what it’s like to want to lift heavy, move freely, and keep up with your crew. Without fear, without setbacks, and with the confidence that your body can handle it.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me working out, fly fishing with my husband in the lagoon, hanging with my dogs, or finding the best local coffee spots.
